What is the average delivery time?

Shipping with UPS you can generally expect your package to arrive within a week.

What happens if I refuse the shipment, or provide a faulty shipping address?

If you refuse the shipment, or if it is otherwise not able to reach you due to a wrong address, the shipment will automatically be returned to sender. If any additional costs apply in this case, they will be the consignees responsibility. If the the summarized costs of the return process exceeds the order value, no refund will be issued. Can I pay customs duties up front when I place my order?

Not at this point, however I am working on implementing this feature. It comes with additional costs which will eventually increase the total costs on your order in the end. You might think there are ready-made solutions for this, and there is, but they come at exorbitant costs and for the most part requires a lot of patching-up and work-arounds to get to operate smoothly.

Is there anything I can do to lower shipping costs?

Shipping rates comes in tiers, so you can add multiple items to your order to get more yield of the shipping costs. Team up with a friend or few and place a bulk order.

Why do you only ship with UPS?

Because they offer the best rates. How about the postal service you might ask? They are still more expensive than the rates I have negotiated with UPS.

My shipment is stuck in customs. What do I do?

If more than a week passes by without the shipment moving, you can call your local UPS office and inquire about the package. Have the tracking number at hand.

Do you ship discretely?

Yes, all my shipments consists of a small brown box, or envelope with just a shipping label on it.

Products

Can you customize your toys' shape or size?

No, I can't modify the shape or size as it requires a whole new mold, and they take a while to make. You can request if there's anything you'd like to be different and I can consider whether to incorporate that in a future design.

Can I use other silicone toys with your toys?

Yes.

Can you do multiple colors?

No, only solid colors are possible at this point.

What materials are your toys made of?

All my adult products are made in platinum cure silicone. This is the most common material for toy makers, and is perfectly body-safe.

Can I use silicone lube with your toys?

No. Silicone lube with silicone toys is generally considered a no-no. Use water-based lubricants.

Why is the toy so sticky?

It's a natural property of soft silicone, but it doesn't mean the toy is faulty. It just means use plenty of lube.

Orders

What's your average turnaround time on orders?

Shipments will usually be sent on their way within a week from receiving the order. Sometimes if I'm busy, it might take a little longer.

Commissions

Can I commission a plush from you?

I do not take commissions of any kind. I only make pre-made items to sell. Keep an eye on my social media to be notified when new items arrive.

Shop

Do I pay in my own currency, or in the shop currency?

All payments are handled in the shop currency DKK (Danish Krone), but your bank note will still show your local currency.

Can I view prices in my own currency?

Yes. Use the currency selector located in the header to select one of the currencies best suited for you. On mobile the selector is located at the bottom of the menu, which you can access by tapping the three(3) horizontal bars icon in the header, next to the logo.
