We don't have access to any more information about the shipment than what the tracking provides. If the shipment should get lost entirely, you'll have to reach out to the responsible carrier.

If you choose a registered letter shipment, the shipment will only be partially insured and thus, if the shipment is lost in transit, will only be partially compensated for.

In case a shipment is being returned due to failed delivery, an additional shipping attempt may be requested and initiated against the payment of a new shipping label of the applicable rate.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, only the product price will be refunded, as the shipping service has already been carried out. Costs of returning the shipment will be deducted from the refunded amount.
